Contest Rules

1. Contestants must be 18 years or older and live in the United States.
2. To become eligible for the ManhattanBars.com (Kobars) iPhone/iPod Giveaway, you must become a member of ManhattanBars.com and create at least 1 post (bar review) by December 31, 2007. Any post that is deemed overtly commercial will be automatically disqualified from the Giveaway. ManhattanBars.com reserves all respective rights and privileges by law.
3. Existing members are automatically qualified for the drawing.
4. One entry per individual (user). Multiple accounts per individual will be considered as a single entry.
5. One winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries.
6. One winner will receive an Apple iPhone or iPod valued at $499 OR lower if Apple lowers MSRP of Apple iPhone.
7. ManhattanBars.com (Kobars) is not responsible for any taxes, shipping costs, wireless service or contracts. If a wireless contract is required, it is not the responsibility of ManhattanBars.com, but the individual winner of the giveaway.
8. Final prize, one (1) iPhone or iPod will be awarded by random drawing no later January 31, 2008. Winner will be notified by certified mail by March 1, 2007.
